This was our first time taking part in the Guangzhou Food Exhibition in southern China, and we are truly delighted that our “Cottage Cheese Filling” cookie received such high recognition – the Premium Product Award. To pass the competitive selection, we submitted product samples, microbiological test reports, and provided a detailed description of the product’s key advantages.
The cookie is an original development by our technologists, offering a unique combination of tender shortcrust pastry with the addition of soft cottage cheese. The result is an irresistible homemade-baked taste that’s hard to resist.
It’s worth noting that this is not the first international accolade for our cookie. In 2025, the very same product was named Best Bakery Product in its category at the ISM Middle East confectionery exhibition in Dubai.
